What a great opportunity it was to see this wonderful cheese made in Sardinia!

Salvatore Palitta the slide it's very nice , the only think who missed is about the sheep farmers , you have to say at the world, that, the Consorzio is the most important motive about the price of the milk used to make the pecorino
