Uncommon Flavors of Europe joined the Counter Culture event in Charlotte for three days full of cheese and charcuterie passion paired with lots of fun and great learning.

Trade Seminar Feb 2018 - Montreal, CA

As part of the Uncommon Flavors of Europe promotional campaign, our first informational seminar was held in Montreal on February 20th. Invited attendees were sales representatives from Canadian food import companies, food shop owners, and Deli food store directors. The event opened with an introduction by Mr. Yannick Achin introduction and explanation of what makes Asiago PDO, Speck Alto Adige PGI and Pecorino Romano PDO truly uncommon.

Restaurant Week Feb-Mar 2018 - Montreal, CA

The second edition of the restaurant week saw the participation of Pizzeria Keste, Bistro Amerigo, Café Daylight Factory and Pizzeria Buonanotte! All guests were able to taste the Uncommon Flavors of Asiago PDO, Pecorino Romano PDO and Speck Alto Adige PGI in specially prepared dishes by each of the restaurants' chefs.

Restaurant Week Nov 2017 - Montreal, CA

In conjunction with the international event "Italian Cuisine in the World" Chef Erik Mandracchia from Fiorellino, one of Canada's top 100 restaurants located in Montreal, prepared his renowned dishes with Asiago PDO, Pecorino Romano PDO and Speck Alto Adige PGI.

Press Conference 2017 - Brooklyn, NY

The stars of the Uncommon Flavors of Europe campaign, Asiago PDO, Pecorino Romano PDO and Speck Alto Adige PGI, hosted importers, exporters, retailers and food writers at an informative and delicious press conference that took place within the Annual StarChefs International Chefs Congress at the Brooklyn Expo Center. Members from each of the consortiums were in attendance from Italy.

Celebrity Guest Chef Stefano Faita and the Uncommon Flavors of Europe welcomed top local food bloggers to Canada’s premier hospitality school ITHQ (Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec) in Montreal to learn more about the partner products and to taste dishes featuring all three. Members from each of the consortiums were in attendance from Italy.
