Restaurant Week 2017 - Montreal, CA

In conjunction with the international event "Italian Cuisine in the World" Chef Erik Mandracchia from Fiorellino, one of Canada's top 100 restaurants located in Montreal, prepared his renowned dishes with Asiago PDO, Pecorino Romano PDO and Speck Alto Adige PGI.

The stars of the Uncommon Flavors of Europe campaign, Asiago PDO, Pecorino Romano PDO and Speck Alto Adige PGI, hosted importers, exporters, retailers and food writers at an informative and delicious press conference that took place within the Annual StarChefs International Chefs Congress at the Brooklyn Expo Center. Members from each of the consortiums were in attendance from Italy.

Celebrity Guest Chef Stefano Faita and the Uncommon Flavors of Europe welcomed top local food bloggers to Canada’s premier hospitality school ITHQ (Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec) in Montreal to learn more about the partner products and to taste dishes featuring all three. Members from each of the consortiums were in attendance from Italy.
